Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Furniture City is an event venue at 1 Labrador Villa Road, Singapore 118981, operated by Nova Furnishing Holdings Pte Ltd and the brands under it that exhibit here, including Rozel Furnishing and X'clusive Home ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal data you give us on this website, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

Once you become a customer of one of the exhibiting brands, that brand's own privacy policy also applies to the data it holds about your order.

2. What we collect when you RSVP

Our fair pages have one form, the RSVP form. When you submit it we receive:

• Your full name
• Your WhatsApp number, including the country code you pick
• The day and time slot you chose
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to be photographed or filmed at the venue, and whether you agreed to your contact details being passed to a gift partner
• The address of the page you submitted from. If you arrived from an advert, that address can contain the ad click identifiers and campaign tags the ad platform added to the link (for example Meta's fbclid or Google's gclid, and utm_ tags)

We do not ask for your email address, home address or payment details on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To run your RSVP: record your booking, confirm it with you on WhatsApp, and send you a reminder before the fair.
• To hand over your door gift: check you in at the door and match you to the gift reserved for RSVP guests.
• To answer you when you message us on WhatsApp about the fair, a piece of furniture or your booking.
• To deliver a promotional gift, only where you have ticked the gift-partner box: your name and mobile number go to the relevant gift partner — Eazea Pte Ltd or Prism+ Singapore — solely so they can arrange delivery, installation or collection of your gift.
• For our marketing, only where you have ticked the media consent box: photos, video and recordings taken at the venue may be used by the brands under Nova Furnishing Holdings Pte Ltd in their online and offline marketing.
• To measure our adverts: the page tells our advertising and analytics tools that an RSVP happened, so we know which adverts work. That signal carries no name or phone number.

4. Who else sees it

• Exhibiting brands under Nova Furnishing Holdings Pte Ltd, whose staff run the door and the showroom floor during the fair.
• Service providers we use to store and process RSVPs and to message you, such as Google (our RSVP records are stored in our Google Workspace) and WhatsApp.
• Gift partners named above, only with your consent and only for your gift.
• Advertising and analytics platforms (Google and Meta) receive anonymous conversion and page-view data through cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 7.

We share only what each party needs for its task and we do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your RSVP record for as long as we need it to run the fair, hand over and fulfil gifts, and deal with any follow-up or dispute about the event, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the fair unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that it is deleted or anonymised. If you buy from an exhibiting brand, the brand keeps your order details under its own policy. Marketing footage taken with your consent is kept until you withdraw that consent.

6. Your rights and withdrawing consent

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw any consent you gave us at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete a gift delivery or keep your RSVP, and we will tell you if so. Contact us using the details in section 8.

7. Cookies, tags and security

Our pages load Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies for Google Ads and Meta so we can measure our adverts and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the RSVP form works without them. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss.

9. Governing law and changes

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, including the PDPA. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
